Our preferred shipping carrier is urgent express like DHL or UPS. Shipping methods are not fixed, they may vary according to country location, order amount, customer requirements, etc. (For example: in remote areas of Canada and Australia, we will choose standard logistics. If you want to choose expedited shipping, you can contact customer service and add money to upgrade shipping.)
Processing time: Is from the time you submit your order to when the product leaves our warehouses, normally it takes 2-3 business days.

If you refuse a shipment from Leaflife official store or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Leaflife official store. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Leaflife is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. We are also not responsible for transportation caused by bad weather or unexpected time (including COVID-19). It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Leaflife will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Leaflife is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.
After we are sent out, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number associated with your parcel. You also can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under “Order History”. Alternatively, you can insert the tracking number supplied into the shipping website. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us. Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we can not guarantee your refund.
